100% of your worst days

You are stronger than you think.

If you’ve experienced a big challenge, you’ve probably heard this statement from someone:

“I don’t know how you did it.”

The response varies, but you typically respond with something like:

“I just kept going.”

The truth is that you are stronger than you realize. Whatever you are going through, this too shall pass.

You can feel stuck or fearful - and still put one foot in front of the other. You already did that, and you can do it again.

You have survived 100% of your worst days.

Take a moment to reflect. Look in the rearview mirror and gain strength from what you have already accomplished.

You got this. Keep going.
