Just do it

I have still not replaced our beeping, broken fridge. While I love the alarm that goes off spontaneously, it’s time to fix it. Here is what I ask myself in these situations:

What is the two-minute version of the task you are avoiding?

Reflect on this question and get creative. Tasks can expand or contract according to the available time. Start small, and start now.

Today, I’m committed to a 2-minute search for a used fridge on Facebook Marketplace. Wish me luck!
